All Promads jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase.
What's Covered
Faults in craftsmanship, including loose stones and clasp failure under normal wear.
What's Not Covered
General wear and tear, damage from impact, chemical exposure, or unauthorised repairs.
